Michelle and team do a great job.  Very thorough and never any complaints.  In addition, Michelle works with us and accommodates our needs..  We've used a few other services over the years and often their main goal is to finish quickly. Michelle clearly takes pride in the quality of her service.  We endorse Michelle 100%, and also implicitly trust her in our home when we are not present.

She was very friendly and communicative.  I marked a "B" in the quality category, as we had a little miscommunication.  I hired her over the phone as I was out of town.  I tried to explain best all I wanted done (some areas were already completely cleaned).  She missed a couple areas (inside the fridge, over, microwave, kitchen sink) that I thought would be checked by her, so didn't mention them.  My realtor followed up with me and I contacted Michelle.  She was happy to return to do these and she did so the following week.  Over all it was a great experience.  My stove top was a mess and she made it look fantastic!  She was very friendly and accommodating.

We started using them about two and a half months ago. and quot;One time only, lets get the house cleaned for the Christmas partyand quot; I told my wife. Well it has turned into a biweekly meeting. You see we are a growing family of 2 kids, Mom works full time, I run a successful plumbing company which takes a ton of time. We have NO time to clean our home. Sparkle Time Cleaning has taken the burden off of us by doing the thinks we hate to do and can't seem to find time to do. They made the choice to use them BRAINLESS and PAINLESS!! I love coming home to a Sparkling home. They use their own product, asked what we wanted done and do that and more every time they come. We really have a meager budget and they totally fit into it without taking a huge chunk. I would highly recommend them to any husband that wants to keep his wife happy or to any woman that wants to look like super woman in the eyes of her husband. Happy wife, happy life.
