Very unprofessional, difficult to deal with and inexperienced builder. The guy was rarely around to know what was going on and complained about us being to needy when we wanted to meet him on job site to go over work being done that was incorrect to specification. He hired two subs that have no idea what they are doing when it comes to commercial work. Big issue with Scholl was he didn't know enough about the mechanical work being done to know if something was being done correctly to code or specs. on drawings. The plumbing work was never hooked up to the sewer main and we flooded when we started running water. Materials were ordered incorrectly including custom wood doors that were ordered without us approving the custom color match. Advice and clue when someone is legitimate - never go with a builder who has issues giving you a Waiver of Lien when you pay them.

This customers analysis, statements and numbers were all false. The most unsettling part for us to contemplate, was that they believed their evaluations were correct. There were warning signs, before the project started that it would not turn out well. Unfortunately our customers did not have the capital to complete the project they envisioned and continued to place blame everywhere except internally. Customers and businesses should closely evaluate who they will be working with.
