This review is delayed because I usually do not write reviews. However, I decided to warn people when I found out that the water heater R G Allan Plumbing installed 4 years ago failed due to improper installation. Based on a referral by a neighbor, I had them replaced our water heater in Jan 2010. The technicians were unprofessional and left a mess. There was debris all over the area where they worked, they used my painting buckets without permission and left them in our basement full of water, they used our ping pong table without permission and they damaged our wall. When I called the owner to report what happened he said, ?What do you want me to do about it.? He offered no help in rectifying any of these issues.
We just had the water heater replaced because it was leaking and couldn't be repaired. According to our new plumber, the water heater failed due to improper installation.Licensing
