WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE IN REGARDS TO ESTIMATES, MAKING THEIR APPOINTMENTS AS SCHEDULED, AND GENERAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! WHEN TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE BEFORE WORK WAS PERFORMED, THEY JUST SHOW UP UNSCHEDULED TO FIX OUR SPA. WHEN TOLD WE''D HAVE AN A.M. APPOINTMENT TO FIX ANOTHER PROBLEM, THEY SIMPLY DIDN''T SHOW UP AS PROMISED.
