The service was very bad. I was here when they put the flooring down; one had mentioned that he ran out of screws. They did not have another box in the truck and they put staples in the floor. They proceeded to lay the tile. A short time later, the tile began to crack. The rest of the floor with staples is trashed. The tiles are all broken. Within a year, the tile was cracking. We have to have the flooring replaced. At least 25% of the floor is cracked (all in the area where it was not installed correctly). This is just the kitchen. I questioned them when they were installing tile in the bathroom over the existing vinyl tiles. They informed me that they do that all the time. I went down there to check it out after the job was done. Instead of cutting the tiles to fit, they filled the gaps against the walls with grout. I did call them back about the issue. They did cut the tiles and fit them in later. This was after the installation. They did not really respond to the problems with the kitchen tile a year later.
Description of Work: They installed tile flooring in our bathroom and kitchen.
