Natalia's Cleaning Service

Natalia and Tomasz have been cleaning my mom?s house for a long time. They both are very caring and went above and beyond to help with the house when my mom was having a lot of health issues. They are always on time, thorough, and reasonably priced. We are so grateful to know them!

My experience with Natalia and Tom was excellent. I had a house that needed a through DEEP CLEANING from top to bottom. They came and gave an estimate and we set a date. They were there to do the job on time and the work they did to make this house so it could be rented again was amazing. As soon as you walked through the door you could smell the cleanliness . That are absolutely GREAT people to deal with both friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend using their service I know I will the next time I need it.

Natalia and her husband did a great job cleaning our small rental apartment.There was a really bad spot on the tile floor that I didn't think would come clean, but, they got 98% of it! I was amazed! Nice job!

Natalia and her husband did an initial deep cleaning of my condo. My vacuum had been broken for several months so I had an issue with excessive cat hair. They did such a fabulous job that I am going to retain their services once a month moving forward. It's so nice to see people doing an excellent job and actually exceeding your expectations. In today's world that is not very common.

Very happy with Natalia's service, they were very professional and quick.

Natalia was very quick to follow up on my request. She came out to estimate job as it was in dire need of a clean-up. The team was on time and worked great. End result was very good. I am going to try out on a bi-monthly basis.

Natalia and her crew were thorough and addressed all my concerns. They cleaned things that my last crew did not, such as doors, baseboards etc. I was satisfied. There was a time scheduling and committment issue, so I am hoping this was a one time thing and that subsequent scheduling gets ironed out.

They were very fast. They charged extra to dust blinds where that was standard with my old cleaning service and they did not dust my kids' rooms. Yes, they have some stuff on their shelves as do normal kids, but they did not lift and dust. They didn't dust ceiling fans either so I still have a lot of dust in my house. But overall it was very clean, especially the floors, but I guess other things (like making beds to make the room look clean) would be extra. I just don't have that kind of money so I may not be hiring them again.

It was very nice coming home to a clean house. She did and excellent job. She moved everything ont he counter and didn't just wipe around it. Love it. Will be hiring her again!!

When Natalia & Tom (husband) left, I was fairly pleased with the apparent results. They had not allocated sufficient time for a nasty job, despite Natalia's visiting my apartment before submitting a bid. However, I felt I had received my money's worth. Soon I discovered the kitchen sink was plugged & plunging brought up reams of refuse. I told them the house is over 100 and the drain in the kitchen is slow & needs a screen insert (provided) since there is no disposal. I then discovered that many items were put away dirty & the floor only mopped where it showed. There's MUCH more but insufficient space to continue. I am very disappointed. CAS

They were very fast and efficient, however, they missed 3-4 things that I had to go back and do. While the majority of the house was done very well, there were some key spots that were missed.
