They overall did a pretty good job. Her husband also works with her. I've used her twice. I will probably use them again when I am done remodeling.

window blinds.They clean the doors,base boards, high dusting.They provide all cleaning materials & sanitize.
 They are very friendly and informative about how to clean problem areas,such as waste disposal & drain problems,
and stains on rugs & furniture.

From the beginning of the relationship, I had a difficult time with Natalia. She presents extremely well and agreed to everything I asked her to do. However, the implementation of my requests were the point at which everything fell apart. On the surface level, she cleans very well. Every week, however, I had to send her a list of things that were left undone at my house- basic things like dusting my foyer table and cleaning the floor in my master bathroom! My 14 year old does a more detailed cleaning job than Natalia!
I am not a picky person. I recently went back to work and didn't want to spend my weekends on my hands and knees cleaning my house. I paid Natalia the $140 initial cleaning fee and $100 a week to clean my 2000 square foot house. If you need someone to mop the floor and make the bed, Natalia is your gal. If, after employing Natalia and her husband for five weeks, you don't want to stand in your bathroom and see a dark, nasty ring high inside your toilet bowl or find three inches of dust under your bookcases, you should hire someone else. Thorough cleaning is not their strong suit.
I offered Natalia the chance to work through these issues with me, but she elected to quit our services, with the explanation that we needed "deep, deep cleaning". Deep, deep cleaning is the last thing we need. We wish anyone the best who elects to employ Natalia and her husband and we suggest you free your schedule up for the hours of follow-up cleaning you will have to do behind them.

They arrived on time and did everything exactly how I wanted to. I can say I am very picky but they did the job with zero complaints. Areas that I didn't even expect them to reach, they took care of. Most importantly, all the dog hair was properly taken care of. I will have them come back as needed but I recommend them highly! Great job!

It's her and her husband that come and clean. They're extremely nice. They are Polish but you can communicate with them. They understand everything. They just get to work as soon as they walk in the door. They do a really good job. They are on time. They text you before they're on their way.

We hired Natalia and team to give out house a deep cleaning before moving in. We also had some painters in the house, but they worked around them with no issues. The team of 3 was very professional and did a good job of cleaning the hard to reach places. We will hire Natalia again!

She was very good. What makes her good is her attention to details and how well she did her job. It is a one-woman-team. I trust her in our home and had clean twice for us. She charges us every time comes out.

I met with Natalia to determine an estimate for cleaning my house.  She was a little expensive but we agreed upon a mutually agreeableprice.  I gave her a key and agreed that she would let herself in through the garage.  The cleaning was thorough and seemed good.. I noticed that some rooms didn' t look like they were vacuumed, but I don't like the lines produced with heavy vacuuming anyway.  I would recommend her.

Natalia and her crew were amazing!  She called to let me know she was on her way and arrived right on time.  The three of them came in and got right to work on our new house.  It had been vacant for some time and was pretty neglected.  They worked quickly but didn't miss anything.  I'm amazed at the results of the cleaning.  The wood floors and bathrooms were particularly neglected and they are sparkling now.  They even waited for our appliances to finish being installed (about a 30 minute delay for them) before finishing the kitchen. 
I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and friendliness of the crew.  We got a quote for recurring cleaning and will likely be seeing them again!

Natalia's cleaning service is amazing. I've had help with cleaning in the past, and my mother did too when I was a child, and I've never seen a service that does so much. Everything is so carefully done. Additionally, Natalia is very professional, and has been so easy to communicate with - even by email. It is a huge relief to me to let her take care of it.

Natalia was very cooperative and flexible, accomodating our specific needs and working around problems caused by the realtor in getting into the house to do the work.
