Marian was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He told me very clearly what could be done to repair the issues, what the cost would be, and just as importantly what was simply not possible or worth the money. The guys on his team were professional and the work was very high quality. Not to sound like a jerk, but I've had plenty of contractors involved in the construction of my new home and have seen the full gamut from great to absolutely horrendous. Marian and his team did the work I would expect to be standard in a $2mm home and I'm certain given my interaction with him over several weeks that he would do the same quality work on a project of any size. Marian and crew showed up 20 minutes early day of job start. The reclaimed wood flooring had yet to show up. I had laid out a masking tape boundary of the layout of the floor. The crew of two started immediately at 8:00 laying the subfloor and had wrapped up day one by 2:00. The lumber arrived in the afternoon around 2:30 and the crew loaded it in nice and neat without pretty much any help from me. They left and came back at 7:30 the next morning and immediately got started on laying the floor. They were quick and clean and had about 90% of the floor laid by 4:30. They cleaned up and came back the next day at 7:30 again. They laid the last bit of the floor and began sanding immediately. The sanding was immaculate with almost no dust at all!! They finished this in just a few hours and began sealing the floor. I chose a water based finish which I recommend to anyone looking to be more eco minded. The eco friendly aspect is appealing as well as the fact that it doesn't smell so bad and they can apply four coats in one day and that will all be dried and ready for reassembly 4 hours later!!! Marian and his crew were amazing, friendly and very very punctual!!
