Mid America Vacuum Centers

Love love love our Beam, I couldn't live without it.  I think he did a good job installing it, looks great, runs wonderful.  I still have a credit for one more outlet since we didn't use as many as we had estimated over the phone.  Overall, they do a good job, but  I wish he didn't put the canister so close to the side wall in the garage, I told him we needed to finish drywalling it and to put the canister toward the front of the wall, but not that close, so he didn't give us much space to work with.   I was also a bit disappointed in his lack of cleaning up.  If you install a vacuum, use it.  We've had these installed in the past at other houses, and the companies always vacuumed up after they drilled the holes in the walls.  That was a let down.  Also, he didn't put the fire stop in between the wall to the garage, which in St. Louis is code - for a reason. I guess it isn't code here?  I asked him to install it and he said he didn't need to .  My husband wished I pushed it a little further.   So, I say B overall due to our minor technical details...love the Beam, nobody can beat that... I just think there is a lack of attention to detail here.
