JOHN IS A FORMER BUILDER (RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL) AND CAPABLE OF DOING GENERAL INSPECTIONS, BUT HAS BECOME A SPECIALIST IN MOISTURE INTRUSION ISSUES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT HOMEOWNERS CONSIDER HIS SERVICE EVEN BEFORE THEY HAVE PROBLEMS, TO GET A 'ROAD MAP' OF KNOWLEDGE TO MAINTAIN THEIR HOME.
Description of Work: I FOUND JOHN ON-LINE WHILE RESEARCHING MOLD ISSUES FOR A CLIENT, AND ARRANGED FOR HIM TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT SOME MINOR MOLD GROWTH IN A RESIDENCE. HE PROCEEDED TO UNDERTAKE THE MOST THOROUGH WHOLE-HOUSE INSPECTION I'VE EVER SEEN, AND TO PRODUCE A DETAILED REPORT OUTLINING THE STATE OF THINGS, ALONG WITH AN INCREDIBLY DETAILED LIST OF RECOMMENDATIONS, IN ORDER OF PRIORITY.
