+ 0 moreI am reviewing the 4 bids I received and find Joe's to be the 2nd highest, but that does not discount him from getting the bid. I will be contacting his references to see what other people think of his work.
Description of Work: I am having 4 bids on my garage tear down and rebuild. Joe was the 2nd contractor called and the first to submit his proposal. I was impressed with his professionalism when visiting the site. He was very detailed in his proposal.
