Gulgren's Appliance

They fit me in on a busy day and Dave arrived ON TIME!  It was perfect.  He came in, analyzed the problem, had the correct part, fixed the problem and took my coupon from the Yellow Pages.  He was prompt, courteous and professional.   I would definitely use them again!

I have used them for all my appliances. They are a wonderful company with wonderful people.

I called, set up a time, and they were on time. The repairman was on time, examined the problem, and proposed a solution. With my okay, he then repaired it. All was accomplished simply and effeciently. Saved me buying a new washer.

Jason is a very professional repair serviceman. The problem was not resolved and the troubleshooting/parts replacement created an additional issue. If the part not available can be located, I am told I can have it replaced for about $150, thus even more than the first service call. A broken refrigerator became a broken refrigerator and a leaking saddle valve, thus I paid $144 to get a leak, which after calling (today), appears to be acceptable to Gulgren's staff. Does this make sense?

We bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher from them. They did a very good job. They had a hard time getting the old dishwasher out and the new one in as it is a built in dishwasher and the cabinets are not straight. They kept working at it until they got it straight. We will be using them in the future.

They are very polite and thorough. They did a good job and didn't try to upsell me.

The man who arrived (Josh) was friendly, punctual, and very professional. He came in and investigated the problem. He determined the dryer was fine and that it was the vent that was the problem. He even applied a coupon to the price at his suggestion even though I didn't have the coupon (and wasn't aware that there was one out there).

We're happy. We'll use them again.

We've used them a half a dozen times or so and they are very professional. They are really good for appliance repair. We don't buy our appliances from them, or we haven't yet. They are on time and reasonable.

We called Gulgren Appliance to look at our refrigerator, which was not cooling as it should. Two men arrived and found the problem in a few minutes, which was an accumulation of frost on an interior part of the refrigerator. The cost was broken down as $53.00 for coming 7 blocks and $80.00 for labor. We felt the charge was excessive for time spent. The refrigerator has worked well since it was repaired.

Had company in the house and my oven would not light. Check on Angie's List for reliable repair in the area. The Gulgren company was able to come same day and fix within two hours. Took approximately 20 minutes in and out of the house. Would use this service again. The house call was a little high in price, but worth the convenivence of getting the oven up and running.

I had used their services in the past and they are local. I would use their services in the future too.

I called them as I thought there was a leak in the washing machine, which actually wasn t the case. They came out, checked the washing machine, and cleaned up the inside a little bit, and fixed it. They were young, and shared information. They were professional, responsive, and the quality of work is good. My overall experience with them has been good.
