Was an excellent experience working with Greg and Fireplace by Design. We interviewed several fireplace "stores", but no one showed the desire to help us through the process...(we had no fireplace in the home), as Greg did. He was patient, professional in every respect, and always had our best interest in mind. A comment we often get from people seeing it for the first time is that they assumed it was always part of the house. We love the results and my family is enjoying the fireplace often!!

Greg was great and would recommend this company! We bought our house with a wood burning stove and knew nothing about it except that it was damaged. Greg came out and performed an inspection, gave us several options. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Due to age, we had stove removed which he did, made all necessary repairs. He was clean and organized. We would like to put a gas stove in next and will definitely call Greg for the job!

Greg did a beautiful job of refacing and installing a new fireplace, He was very patient in explaining all the options available, gave us a great price, and kept us informed every step of the way. Great attention to all the details. Professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him.

Great job! Love it! He handled everything for me making my life much easier and was very good about following up on an issue with the blower that is was dropping the ball on, but he did a great job taking care of it. Very easy to work with.

For one, the man was courteous and very clean. He left no mess behind. He completed the job and I am very pleased with the results. I would call him back if I had any other issues and I have recommended him to several people.

We enjoyed working with Greg to reface our fireplace. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us design the look with New stone, and new wood beam mantle, beautiful new doors and a bench racface hearth. Greg reran a new gas line and installed a new gas valve as well. Greg does top quality work and is extremely trustworthy. He is the go to company for anything you need done with your fireplace. My wife and I highly reccomend Greg, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfectly! I'm asthmatic, but Greg hung plastic to keep the dust contained and away from me. He cleaned up beautifully everyday. He finished in the time allotted, and was very respectful of our living in the space while under construction. We recently sold that home, and the fireplace was a very desired element which increased the home's value. We will be hiring Greg to update the fireplace in our new home....I miss my other fireplace!

Great company to work with ! Greg the owner is involved in the whole project. There on time ,NEAT ( everything covered and protected while work is performed and cleaned up everyday before they leave) and professional. our project was on budget and completed on time.
