EXPERT ROOFING INC

Expert Roofing replaced our roof and siding 9 years ago after a hail storm. On April 3, 2017, we had a leak in our roof. I naturally called the company I had been genuinely pleased with. It is now 8/14/17. While initially responsive - they came out and tarped the roof right away and met with the insurance adjuster - I have not been able to get them to return phone calls or txt messages - or come back and complete the repairs. Several shingles are loose ( improper installation according to the insurance adjuster) and nails set to deep ( according to the expert roofing representative) I WOULD NOT RECOMENNED THIS COMPANY. They had a chance to be hero's and fix a roof problem that demonstrates their commitment to their customers and they did not. I have cash in hand and I am ready to hire someone to do this work.....

The work was good but the follow up and procedure were awful. I feel as though I had to push them to get things done for the job to be completed.

they started out promising you the world. then after you signed they went to s***!! I signed the contract in the end of April, they did not finish the job till October 5 2014. Completley un acceptable!!!!!  I kept getting the run around saying we are waiting for the insurance company which I bought into at first until I got fed up and called the insurance company my self and got the hold resolved in one day.

the sales men was a very cocky and arrogant stating they was going to "handle " the insurance adjuster once the adjuster got their he said nothing  when it came to getting the final bill it was completely off by about $2,000.00,  good thing I went through the bill with a fine tooth comb.

after the  siding was put I had gaps all around near the the soffit and corners . they forgot to caulk around many areas around windows causing the j channel to sag. they forgot to caulk around outlets, spickets corners had to make them come back and repair everything

when the gutters were put up, they cut a hole for the down spout in the  wrong end then recut the hole in the right spot  but put the gutter up with the hole sitting open with no down spout. I guess they were hoping I would not notice WRONG!! so I had to call up and complain and had to make them come back.

after the roof was installed I went up on the roof to check the shingles were all scuffed with the granuals coming off! again guess they thought I would not check.  WRONG AGAIN!!!!!!had to make them come out and repair over a 1/4 of the shingles would of been nice if they would of repaired the shingles when they damaged them instead of making me call them back

I warned these people before they started that I would be the pickiest customer they ever had and they would be wise to make sure everything would be perfect.  Guess they did not believe me or more likely just did not care about their customers!!
