Elite Lawn Care

I used this service all last summer without issues. With all the rain, in 2 weeks my lawn grew quite a bit. Lawn service came and left without cutting lawn. Received an email stating lawn is too high to cut. They quoted me a field level of cutting, i.e. 56 bucks per hour per man to cut the lawn. Anywhere form 80-300 dollars. You kidding? For a small lawn? Their big mowers can't handle it? Well my electric push mower did just fine today. If you have too high of lawn the "extra" costs that might be involved are unrealistic . I canceled service today.

We have a couple of landscaping features done. A front flower garden including artfully placed stone features. plantings in the East and South sides of our home. Tree removal along with planting of a replacement. All of the work was expertly performed within the time frame and price quoted.

Elite has been good about being prompt with service, and GREAT about communication, including making suggestions about appropriate lawn maintenance based on the season. They also offer a variety of additional services throughout the year, including hanging exterior Christmas lights!

Did a great job. Very punctual which helps when you have a schedule to keep! I’ll use them again next year.

They use email to keep communications going and the customer up to date on any issues and or delays in service, bills etc. Very professional.

I had to call the morning of to find out what time they were coming to do the work. Waiting around all day and they never showed up, returned my emails or phone calls. Terrible customer service and communication.

I like the fact that we can communicate by email which is easy for me. They are also easy to call if you need to check on something or schedule. We had a lot of weeds at first so they had to do repeat sprayings, but the weeds are now gone.

Very responsive on initial inquiry. Was able to schedule service to begin that first week. They having been coming weekly to mow the lawn and doing a very good job.

Elite has been doing an excellent job for me for several years now. I would not think of hiring anyone else.

I have used a few lawn services in the past for a fall cleanup and they were subpar at best. My main issue with previous companies is that they were unreliable and they consistently failed to keep me updated on the status of the work if it needed to be rescheduled. Elite Lawncare, on the other hand, gave me an accurate estimate of when the work would be done and furthermore when they had to reschedule, due to weather, they kept me informed. I really appreciate that level of service and would definitely use Elite Lawncare again.

The job was done well. The workers did a great job raking, picking up debris, trimming the periennials and removing all the mess from our yard which has many trees and flower beds. By the time they left the yard and bed areas where clean and ready for the upcoming growing season just as I had hoped. I cannot comment on punctuality since no appointment was set, they showed up and put in the time as expected from the quote generated.

From my first contact with Becca in the office, I knew I picked the right company. My lawn is already looking better and most importantly, they do what they say they're going to do. I have already signed up for additional services.
