Overall the home built is great. I couldn't be happier with my new home. However, getting them to respond to fixing the punch list items has been a nightmare. They just don't respond. I have gotten no return phone calls with any kind of response. All I want is a plan to fix a handful items. Some kind of communication would be appreciated. It has been two months of phone calls and faxes and nothing from them.
