Otherwise, when calling to make the appointment, I asked if the service rep could also change the sediment filter in the water line before the water softener, a 5 minute job, but I declined when they said the charge would be an additional $113 ($34 for the filter and $79 for the "secondary labor" charge.) So I paid $20 for the same Culligan filter online and changed it myself.
