Highly recommend Creative Construction Group for your roofing needs. Received written estimate within 24 hours of field measurements. Crew showed up on time and worked consistently throughout day to get the job done. The supervisor even checked in with me during the day to let me know how things were going. The day after the job was completed I found a couple roofing nails on the ground and alerted the supervisor. To be fair, the job finished just as it was getting dark so these would have easily been missed. The supervisor immediately responded, apologized, and within an hour, part of the roofing crew returned to check for any missed debris and even brought a metal detector! I was thoroughly impressed by the above and beyond response I received. My roof looks great, I feel appreciated as a customer, and I would strongly recommend Creative Construction Group. They were easy to work with, professional, and definitely earned my business for the future.

This is the second time we have used Creative for a new roof installation and we have been very pleased with their professionalism, quality, and care. Ed has been our project manager for both jobs, and we couldn't find a more professional, compassionate partner.

Crew arrived when scheduled, did job with little disruption to surroundings, when finished cleaned up well ... couldn't tell they were there.  Job was done as agreed - we are well satisfied.

The Creative Construction Group were extremely careful to make sure all the construction debris was cleaned up after construction. A big concern, considering all the nails that pop loose from removing the old shingles and siding! If Mike saw any materials going up that were not up to his high standards, he had the crew remove them and put up new. He always asked me what it was that I wanted, rather than telling me what I was going to get. (Very nice). Pete, also an owner, was very helpful and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the overall process. I was very concerned to begin with as you always hear about the fly by night companies that pop up after a storm, but after checking them out on Angie's List I saw they are a local established reputable company. Importantly, they stand behind their work! They do seem to be very busy and are a growing company, so make sure you call as soon as you know you need them, so they can get you scheduled in.

Mike fought on our behalf with the insurance company to replace the roof. The insurance company repeatedly denied the claim. It then appeared that we were forgotten about. We had to delay putting our home on the market b/c we couldn't get someone out to repair the the missing shingles.

It was a very painless process for us. We met with Scott, the account manager, who collected all the details and provided sample books on our shingling options. We then met with Michael, the company owner, who felt that insurance should be paying for more than what they were, and took the point from there. There was an intermittent leak that was steadily worsening, and even before all the details were worked out with the insurance company, Scott came over and put in a temporary fix to alleviate that issue. Quite honestly. from that point on, there was very little for us to do. Creative gave us an approximate starting date based on delivery of shingles and the weather forecast, and then did the roof work all in one day. The siding repair and fence post repair took place over the next couple of weeks as the crews were available. The clean-up was very thorough, we found very little debris left behind. When the final insurance check arrived, Michael closed the job with a little ceremony - he brought over donuts, we brewed coffee, and fleshed out all the remaining details. If I wanted to put in any negatives, to make this a fair and balanced review, the only thing I can point at would be the very short notice we got when the various crews were going to be showing up to do their work. The fence post repair crew showed up basically unannounced. I mention that to be "fair and balanced", but since all the work was outdoors, it was not a big deal to us, and I appreciated the work being done so quickly

All workers were very courteous and did an excellent job. They laid tarps around whole house to catch nails and debris. After the tarps were picked up they went around with a magnetic sweeper to try to get every nail possible. Mike, one of the owners personally came out to check progress and quality regularly. I would recommend Creative Construction Group Inc for any service they perform. I was away for part of the project and felt comfortable enough with Mike to let him decide what looked best and go ahead and do it while I was gone. My house looks great!  I would recommend to a friend (and did, my next door neighbor had his roof done as well!).

Everything went through smoothly. Great workers. Extremely neat.

Having never replaced a roof before, overall I am quite satisfied. We worked with Ed, a Project Manager with Creative, and he was very professional. He came out to meet with our insurance adjustor, and was our point of contact through the entire process. Once we had everything squared away with our insurance company, we scheduled a start date, but unfortunately, due to an internal scheduling conflict, the work had to be pushed ahead one week. That was mildly annoying, but it all worked out well, as we were blessed with absolutely beautiful weather, and the work was completed in two days. They did a fair job cleaning up the nails, but having suffered two tire punctures when my neighbor's roof was replaced a couple of years ago, I took no chances, bought a magnet sweeper, and found quite a few more nails on the driveway. To Creative's defense, our driveway is old and very bumpy, with many places for roofing nails to hide.
They then came out to do some clean up to some of the spots in the interior of the house that had been damaged by water from the leaky roof. They patched, sanded, and repainted the affected parts. 
Ed and Creative were a pleasure to work with, and we are grateful to them for helping us restore our home.

I am very happy with the job he did and wouldeven though he was out of the country he kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. gave options that were fair and reasonable. completed the work cleanly and efficiently. under-charged me such that I could'nt accept so I paid him more than he asked for. would use him again without hesitation

Roof went as planned, siding done real fast, misc items took very long to get finished. Project supervisor were not there as promised.

We were refered to Creative by some neighbors and were not dissapointed. From the start they were checking out our roof, adviseing what needed to be done, and working with our insurance company do to storm damage they discovered.  Once we picked the shingle colors the work was done quickly, and clean up was taken care of. We are very happy with the work of Creative and will recommend them to anyone. Will use them again for any future projects.
   

When an act of nature ruins some of your property such as a hail storm, all you can hope for is to get your property back in a state similar to the condition (or exceed) it was in prior to the devastation. Additionally, you can only hope to meet companies and workers that make the process easier on you.
I had the Creative Construction Group provide me an estimate and walk me through the issues and resolution to my problems. I met both of the owners Pete Helstrom and Mike Schendl. Both were very respectful and paid attention to details.
Mike Schendl made the whole process extremely easy for me. For example, he walked me through, in a patient fashion, the different options of roofing materials, siding materials as well as color swatches. He provided recommendations as well.
As a result of choosing to hire Creative Construction Group to restore my property, I was able to eliminate much of the stress involved in this process as possible as Mike Schendl carried that for me. All I had to do was make some selections for the roof, siding and gutters.
The team that was used were solid workers. I was impressed with how quickly things were done. Furthermore, they were organized and clean. I did not have to clean up after them at all.
In summary, the exterior of my house was in a much better state than before the storm and the repair cycle was stress free.

We noticed we had some damage to our roof and needed a new one. We contacted on our insurance company to come out and look. Creative Construction Group was amazing when it came to working along with our insurance carrier.  Their project Manager we worked with was awesome and always available to answer any questions we had. He was always on time and helped provide guidance in our decision.   They completed the work in a very timely manner and left our premises looking the way it did when they came. The crews were very efficient and courteous. Creative Construction Group is a dependable company that I would choose again in a heart beat to do work on our home. Thank you again for an amazing job and we love our new roof and gutters.

All work was done professionally and on-time.  All workers were professional and made sure all debris was removed from the work site.  All steps of the project were explained thoroughly.  

Creative Construction was professional from the start and through the entire process.  They showed up on time, thoroughly explained what they were going to do, completed the work ahead of schedule and left the work area very clean.  The quality of their workers, vehicles, and equipment were all very high as was the quality of their workmanship.  We have had no re-leakage from the area they repaired and the shingles they installed have remained in good condition, tight and unplace since they were installed.  Overall, the experience with them was very good.

I've contracted with Creative Construction for multiple roof repairs over the past few years,  The service has been outstanding, from the estimate through completion.  Excellent quality in workmanship, thorough description of the work to be done, very timely with regard to start/completion dates, and never any delays.  Staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, with a strong client service orientation.
