I signed an agreement in early mid April. After many follow up calls I finally had the work on the roof work completed 6/18 with again little communications from Dan. Many more follow up calls and texts to complete the work. Finally work was completed with the gutters and down spouts mid July. After more follow up calls because I did not receive any warranty paperwork on the roofing, I was able to set up a meeting to go over what was completed and what I choose not to complete and the overall coverage from the insurance company. He said that he would follow up with Travelers for the depreciation payment and that was over a month ago. I just want to get this project over with and it does not seem like there is an end in sight. Help would be appreciated to complete this project. I would like copies of receipts, the warranty information on the roof and pay what is still owed after the insurance company pays me the rest of what they covered from the damage sustained.
