Chris and crew did a great job. Priced 3 companies and all were around the same in price. We replaced old cedar with a composite material with better warranty and more resistant to wind and fire.

CJM did a great job doing an emergency repair of our roof and gutters. A large tree fell on the back of our house during recent rainstorms and our previous roofer recommended CJM since they now only do commercial buildings. Chris answered my call immediately and Matthew Fleming came out the next business day to evaluate our repair needs and got us an estimate that evening. Shingles over the entire roof needed to be replaced as well as the gutters on the back of the house. The job was scheduled as soon as I called to approve the proposal and over two days, the roofing, gutters and finishing teams got everything done before the rain and snow started again. Matthew was on hand to make sure that materials, the village permit, and the work was progressing. The team also made sure that every nail and all the debris was picked up, even coming back on a Sunday to make sure the yard was cleaned up. I would recommend them highly.
