Their professionalism was great. The only thing that we had a problem with was the type of laminate that we bought. You need to investigate the products that you get from them. Once we ordered, it came in a very timely manner. There was nothing about the store itself. It's just with the type of products. With the quality of the product, we're very dissatisfied. They have to stand behind their products.

We ordered Floor tile and border tile. for our powder room, the floor tile came in and we were told the border tile was discontinued, we selected another border tile and when that came in we were shorted and subsequently we received the balance and every one of the tiles was defective and chipped. Luckily we were able to salvage just enough to complete the job and use the damaged tiles where they would be less obvious. The employees/managers were completely condescending to us. Never again.

They were able to order carpets and a number of selections that were on hand. They were all installed very quickly in our home. They treated me very professionally.
