I cannot say enough good things about Frank and the job done, I wish I could give better grades than straight A's. I have lived in my 100 year old house for 30 years, and it has required much work and many contractors through the years. Frank and his crew, especially Zdenek, were truly the best in the attention they paid to the job, from the signing of the contract during which all costs were fully explained and all questions answered, through the final cleanup. Especially noteworthy were the promptness and professionalism shown by these guys, a rare find these days with contractors it seems. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone, including family and close friends who I want to keep.

We recently selected Authentic Homes to replace our existing roof. While there are many local roofing companies from which to choose, after thorough research, we were so glad we chose Authentic Homes, Inc. Frank, the owner, and his crew were professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. Frank did a great job of explaining the process and answered our many questions. We were so pleased by the end of the roofing job that we decided to have them complete our siding and gutter replacement jobs as well. They turned what could easily have been a very stressful experience into a seamless process and great learning experience for us. Once again, Frank explained the differences in products, the processes involved and the timeframe. When we had a difficult time deciding on siding and trim paint colors, he was very patient and made suggestions for how to proceed, such as viewing online and in store color strips, and driving around newer local subdivisions and existing neighborhoods to see newly painted homes. He also suggested talking with color consultants at local paint stores, getting sample colors and painting on sample boards, viewing outside in different lighting. This was tremendously helpful, as we finally picked colors we liked and are very satisfied with our choices. His crew was efficient and flexible, working against unexpected weather changes. They arrived early and stayed late. The quality of workmanship on the siding job was amazing, from the perfect cuts, to the flashing replacements, to the expert caulking and trim work. This team made it look easy, even on our steep, vaulted roof lines and gable areas. That can only come with knowledge, expertise and years of experience in roofing, siding, carpentry and remodeling. We highly recommend Authentic Homes for roofing and siding and will definitely call Frank and his awesome crew at Authentic Homes to work on our future home remodeling projects! Jim and Tracey D. The project went off without a hitch. Scheduling was meet, price points were well defined. Work done in expected timeline. Finished product looks great.

Went beautiful, Frank did a pre-walk through with me to see the areas I had concerns over. Ensured me that the work would be done at the highest professional level, which was great. Pick up was perfect, no flats like my neighbors because of nails left behind. Everything was raked and picked up. Frank afterwards walked my house with me explaining everything that was done. All in all great job.

As a first time home buyer needing a new roof, I made sure to line up several estimates with different roofing companies. When Frank from Authentic Homes came out, he was honest and detailed in the project. He told me that my gutters were fine, where two prior companies insisted we needed new ones, and on top of that, his prices were fair! He was trustworthy, he came out to our house multiple times before the project to make sure we were informed and to drop off samples. His team arrived early in the morning and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the afternoon getting our project done quick, yet doing an amazing job! We are so happy! Authentic Homes was very easy to work with. They were on time and extremely professional. They did a great job of removing the old roof cleaning up and hauling away the debris. Frank was very up front about what needed to be done and how they would go about it. They were very honest with their estimate and there were no hidden cost. They also helped us get a money back from our old roof shingles that had a re-call settlement pay out on them. Frank is very trustworthy, prompt, can be counted on and employs hard working crews.

Authentic Homes showed top tier professionalism when completing the entire exterior of our home. They were timely and accurate with the materials and installation. Made recommendations where appropriate. All facts and figures were carefully gone over. They were available for questions or concerns and would follow up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

First of all, let me say that I got bids from over 10 companies.  Seems excessive right?  Well consider that the highest bid was $20K and the lowest was $5K.  The variance was incredible. 
We called Frank and from moment one Frank was the most professional, kindest person we talked to.  I immediately felt comfortable with him.  He came to my home to meet with my wife and I and was blown away at his professionalism.  Frank was incredibly nice, and by far the most prepared of any contractor/company that we met with.  It was not even close. 
Frank discussed options with us, and gave us the pros and cons of each one.  When he left he said he would email me pricing with all options in the next 48 hours.  A day later and his bids were sent to my email.  They itemized everything, and they were easy to understand.  Best of all, Frank was at the lower end of the pricing spectrum. 
We went with Frank because of his professionalism, and the price was a benefit. 
The work began a couple of weeks later, and his team was incredible.  Professional, aware of my family, safe, and so kind.  I had never seen three guys work this hard. 
Bottom line, my roof looks gorgeous.  Frank sent me photos of the job as it was progressing.  Everything he replaced, he gave me photo documentation of why it was replaced.  Just incredible. 
If you need a roof done, DO NOT HESITATE to hire Frank and his team.  I am a picky consumer, and I will tell you that this was the best contractor I have ever hired.

Prior to the start of work we had overhanging trees and bushes pruned away from the roof. Any time a message was left, Frank called right away. Frank explained what was included in the proposal and worked with us to arrange financing. Beautiful November weather allowed work to be started and completed on schedule by a very professional team. In addition, we had woodpecker damage to our wood siding and because Authentic Homes does exterior work, his crew returned to fill in and repaint those holes. Clean up was performed along with magnetic sweep of the yard and removal of debris. The roll-off dumpster was promptly removed the following day. We are very pleased with our new roof and to have worked with this fine company.
