Armns Pest Management

They were very good. The quality was very good. They were out here very quickly. I think everything was very good. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I had to I would use them again.

Had a few pesky field mice in a rental property and the Armn's personnel were very professional, from the owner to the field reps. They explained exactly what they were going to do to eliminate the problem - And did it! Follow up was performed 2-3 weeks as promised. We as well as our tenants were extremely satisfied. Would hire them again without hesitation!

Very well. Enjoyed talking with Tim about the problems and found his suggestions very helpful. He suggested ways to prevent them from entering the kitchen and garage and in trapping or eliminating them if they do enter

Company came out within 4 hrs of calling. Techs were very polite and knew what they were doing. Haven't seen a bee/wasp!

Excellent service.  Would use again!  Called Al, the owner, in the morning - his team was at my house right after lunch as they said they would be.  Professional, courteous and thorough!  The team explained what they were going to do, and after their work was done they explained to me what they did, and gave me my instructions as to when I could go back on the porch and some specifics about hosing down the hose reel case.  They answered all my questions satisfactorily.  This was a fast and painless experience, and I will recommend Armns to my neighbors!

From first to last contact, this company's employees treated us with respect and courtesy.  They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.  I would recommend them to friends and neighbors and would not hesitate to call them to our home again (although given the nature of the service, I really hope I never have to).

After initial call to Armns, two technicians came out right away!  They were very friendly and began set-up immediately for target area and to determine the type of pest.  We required four paid visits.  Each was followed by a visit free of charge approximately 5 days later to check traps and remove pest.  Paid visits included set-up, re-baiting and re-filling traps, as well adjusting type and number of traps based upon rodent type.

Technicians were friendly and courteous, showed up right when they said they would come, and worked hard to remove the disturbing and destructive pests, even when it temperatures were bitter cold.  They did everything they could to the best of their ability.

Our particular situation required the involvement of another party, which Armns recommended.  Together, they worked hard to ensure a successful resolution!  The owner of Armns checked in during the service, as well as after the service was completed to make sure everything had been handled to our satisfaction.  We were very pleased...Thank You!
