I didn't buy it there but I take my car there for services and they have been just outstanding. I can pick up the phone and call, very little problem in getting the car in, time is convenient, they follow-up on things, and the service adviser is really good. They just added two-way testing so that I can test directly with him when something comes up. I've been very pleased with them. They give reasonable prices, got a nice waiting area, and if they say that the car would stay all day or overnight, they generally provide a loaner.

With regard to the purchases and leases, I was treated fairly by my sales rep on both occasions and left the dealership in my new cars feeling great about the experiences. Additionally, the dealership does follow ups on the purchases to ensure that I was satisfied with the experience. I also use the dealership for both scheduled services and services due to unexpected problems. The Service Rep has been great at listening to what I needed done, kept me apprised of the progress of the work, and explained the things thet were done after the service was complete. The dealership has a comfortable waiting area when the car is being worked on. Loaners have been offered and provided when necessary. I've been particularly pleased with one instance when a problem arose the day before I was going on vacation. They gave me an appointment immediately upon showing up at the dealership and the problem was resolved within an hour after arriving. Saved the day.

We needed to replace one of our vehicles and headed over to Anderson Mazda. What usually ruins the car buying experience is the constant back and forth negotiations and hours spent at the dealership. I'm happy to report that we experienced none of these things. In fact, we had a deal on the price of our new 2010 Mazda3 within 15 minutes! Our salesperson Les, was pleasant and professional. The deal on our trade took about 45mins and we were there for approximately 2-2.5 hrs (financing portion was a little long), but it was by far the best experience we have had with a dealership. The new sales manager Doug, was friendly and seemed to want to earn our business. In short, we are enjoying our new car and recommend this dealership.
