We replaced most of the windows in our home. The crew was courteous, efficient and used great workmanship. They were in and out in just 2 days. We had an issue with 2 windows but the owner resolved the issue and was a man of his word. We would recommend this company.

I can only say that Don and his installers are Great My windows look awesome all 12 and a patio door. The price was great. All that Don promised plus more. The crew was fantastic, they were professional, respectful and hard working. When they left you would never know they were at my house except for the beautiful windows. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend Don to everyone. It was a great experience. They accommodated me every step of the way from the first appointment to the end. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE!!! The workmanship was terrible! The competency of the workers was very questionable! Unless you enjoy being incredibly frustrated I would NOT use this company!!! Replacing glass should NOT take 5 months and on top of it they are still NOT right!!!!

This was the worse experience I've ever had!!! The workmanship is terrible!!! The workers seemed incompetent, and we did some of the work just to get it done and done right! Unless you enjoy being incredibly frustrated I would NOT use them. We started this project in June and took until October to complete and it's still NOT DONE RIGHT!!!

Don's installation team did an outstanding job with our replacement windows in 2013. We had Marvin Integrity Windows installed and the bitterly cold winter with brutal temps and high winds were the ultimate test of the quality of the workmanship and the windows themselves. With the installation of our new patio door it is so nice having one door to open as opposed to a patio door and a storm door. I would highly recommend this firm to anybody who is replacing windows.
