 + -1 moreChuck helped me to decide the work that needed to be done inside and out. He and his crew worked efficiently and I was impressed that they were able to get the job done so quickly. He completely re-mortared 3 walls in one room of my basement (my house dates from 1875). He air-hammered out the old crumbling mortar first. He also took care of some outdoor foundation issues and filled three large foundation cracks. The whole job took about 3 days, but there were up to 3 workers during some of the time.
Description of Work: Removing old mortar and re-doing an OLD basement room (stone/mortar walls)

Description of Work: Ground and Tuckpointed entire brick house and garage including 4 chimneys. Did some coating of small areas inside the house. Caulked all Windows. Powerwashed house, garage, driveway and sidewalk. Applied waterproofing to all brickwork.
