Wow! Amazing! After a sewer blockage early on Friday morning was cleared by another company (a highly rated Angie’s List company) I was given a quote by that company to repair an offset sewer pipe just outside of the house. The quote was over $5500. Since the job was not expected and I was unfamiliar with with the situation, I wanted to get a second estimate. The original company salesman was trying to put a lot of pressure on me to have the job done by them. Fortunately, I called R&P for a second quote. The owner called me back a couple of hours later and we discussed the situation by phone. He was extremely friendly and communicative. I sent him some pictures and he quoted a maximum of $3300 depending on whether they had to cut thru the foundation or not. The job was scheduled for today and R&P sent a crew of 2. They couldn’t have been nicer and were very professional. The job took about 6 hours and I was able to take pictures of the progress and finished job. In the end, the total cost was $2850, almost half the estimate from the original company. I will definitely call R&P for any sewer and drainage work in the future. My only regret was that I didn’t call them first.

Fantastic. I called R&P at 7:25 am, and the answering service said someone would call back within 30 minutes. They called back in less than that, I described the problem, and they said someone would be at my home between 10 and 2. At 10:47, I received a call that they were on their way, and they arrived shortly after. They rodded out the 195' sewer line in about an hour, and the price was exactly as quoted. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Reid and Pederson came right on time. They were clean and courteous. They performed the work to perfection and explained exactly what they were doing. They tackled a job that other plumbers couldn't do. We were VERY pleased! Will will definitely use Reid and Pederson again, and recommend this company to everyone we know!

He did great work. Was able to use 10% discount for seniors and also used a $20 referral from a friend. Very professional, on time and efficient.

They came out the same day. They got the work done quickly and professionally and did a good job.

They come out quickly, it was on Christmas eve that they came out, we had family here and everything. They came out that same day and I called them late at night the 23rd like 9 o clock at night and they came out Christmas eve to get it done so that was nice, they came out quickly and then got it opened up for us.

They arrived within the designated time stated. It took 20minutes to clear the drain. I was told that because I did unseat the toilet that it would cost less. The final cost was $ 420. More than originally quoted. He deducted $65. unseated from the 420 which brought it to the original 350. Then I asked for a senior discount 10%. Right ,you do the math.. should have been $250. Need I say I WARN AGAINST THIS COMPANY. Fool me once shame on you..you won't get that opportunity again. Yes I did call and complain. They refused to correct their mistake.

I called, got my appointment.   Ryan was right on time.   The office sent me an email with his photo so I could make sure it was him. He wore his "inside" booties to keep the place clean and spent less than an hour clearing the drain.   He was polite, professional and did not leave a spot of residue behind.

Serviceman arrived promptly, within 4 hours of my call. We've used this firm for decades, so being familiar with my home, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and went right to work. He was able to resolve the problem in a couple of hours. He cleaned up the worksite and was very polite and professional.

Pulled the toilet installed a different ring and new putty.  The original professional installation lasted a little over 2 years, which I was told wasn't normal.  Apparently the initial ring was the wrong size and not enough putty was used.  The service pro was very good at explaining what he was and why he was doing it.  I got same day service and a double discount.    

Had a clogged sewer line and both Ryan r. & Ryan k. Came out very quickly and thoroughly checked and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. They answered all my questions even my dumb ones and even explained to me in layman's terms so that I completely understood the job that was being done. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again in the future.
