Adam DuBuque has a passion for animals. I discovered the Dutch Pet Motel a year ago and have boarded my pet there several times since. Adam is very sensitive to the needs of animals and is very kind and compassionate to them. The first time I boarded my dog, Adam sensed my dog's fear and uncertainty. Adam took us outside to the fenced in area and asked me to stay and chat. I didn't understand the reason until after a few minutes Adam said, "Ok. The tail is up. Your dog is more comfortable now. You can leave." When I returned after several days, my dog was happy and at peace. I boarded my dog several more times with Adam and I was pleased every time. I highly recommend him and his staff. Dutch Pet Motel = Happy Dogs!

We left our black lab there for over two weeks. We paid a little extra for big yard play times and extended walks; otherwise, the basic price per day (for a dog his size) is $22.00. He was very well cared for, and seemed happy and healthy! Adam is like the dog whisperer; he really seems to understand the dogs and what they need! We will definitely take our dog there again.

This is the second time that we have left our beagle and coonhound dogs here. The first time was May 2011 for 12 days and the second one was April 2012 for 10 days. The place is amazing! Adam, the owner, treats our dogs as special as we do. He knows that they are part of our family. The dogs have plenty of room in their indoor pens and the outdoor pens, where the dogs can enjoy the day, are huge. There is also a nature trail that your dogs can walk through and a play yard where they can get exercise. The dogs enjoy being there and it makes it easier leaving them because we know Adam will be taking excellent care of them while we are away.

I have used this kennel for years. Adam, who is the owner is awesome with the dogs. He knows my dog well, treats him great. I have left my dog there as long as 6 days and when I pick him up everything is great. When I drop him off he is waiting by the door to go back into the kennel as though he cant wait to get in there. If you want to board your pet at a place where the owner loves and cares for the animals this is the place. You wont be disappointed

I boarded my dogs overnight as we were having a large party and I also wanted them to have some experience with being kenneled in case we have to leave them for a longer period of time in the future. When I picked them up they seemed very relaxed and happy and well-cared for. The owner impressed me with his knowledge and caring about dogs.

Zoe seemed well cared for and they seemed like real animal people here. Zoe was happy when my husband picked her up.

MY DOG LIKES THIS KENNEL AND GETS EXCITED WHEN HE KNOWS WE ARE GOING THERE. THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF ANIMALS WITH PROBLEMS. MY DOG NEEDS MEDICATION EVERY DAY AND THEY TAKE CARE OF HIS NEEDS. WE HAVE USED THIS KENNEL OFTEN.
