It took a few days to figure out what was wrong with my car but Rob was very friendly, professional and forth coming with all information. We talked daily on progress, which was very much appreciated! Price was very reasonable and I did not pay for anything outside of what needed repair. I appreciated the time it took to figure out the problem. I would highly recommend.

This was the second time I took this vehicle in for problems with the rear brakes. The first time they said the problem was the emergency brakes. They adjusted them. Within in 2 weeks it was back due to the rear brakes locking up. They did repair them properly the second time and I was not charged for labor.

They do a really nice job. They're dependable and don't charge you an arm and a leg. I think they're very unusual for an auto service company but the guy seems very honest. These people won't try to sell you anything. They do what you ask them to do. They just seem to have a reasonable expectation from you. They're not in your face; they fix it, you come pay them, pick it up and get your key back. It's just straightforward, there's no hassle. I think they stay pretty busy but they stay on top of it. I see a lot of cars up there but we've never had to wait more than 1-2 days and that's usually because I have to wait until I can talk to Michael and get an okay from him because he's out in the city everyday, so that's not their fault. Considering that it's a fairly new vendor that we're dealing with, I would give them a B overall only because of lack of more experience. They're also very pleasant, not abrupt or nasty when they deal with women. They're excellent, all you have to do is leave the key and a note and leave the car there. Then they call you the next day to confirm everything and then they fix it. They've never had problems getting parts and that really helps a lot as far as being quickly done. I took the car in and I actually talked to him about the brakes because it went out on us while we were in traffic. So I told him the sound it made and exactly what happened.

Rotated tires, check engine, brakes, added two quarts oil, and repaired a tire. Great job.

Their service is excellent. Their prices were great. Their attitude towards customers is fantastic--they bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied and really stand behind their work as well. I would recommend them to anyone close enough to use them!

Crete Service Center are honest in that they don't overcharge. They do not low ball. They stand by their work and they warranty everything. The owner, Rob, goes out of his way to make sure everything is right on everything he does.
