The spring broke on my overhead garage door, and I was unable to lift the door to get my car out for a doctor's appointment. My regular garage door repair person was not responding to my calls so I searched Angie's List and found Quality Door Tech. They immediately returned my call. They had a full schedule for the day, but they fit me in for a repair before I needed to get out for my appointment. When they arrived, they discovered that I needed a special order commercial spring that would take a day to get in, but they were able to temporarily fix the spring with a clamp system so I could use the garage door that day. They returned early the next day and installed the new springs. They were professional, courteous, and very importantly, responsive. Great experience.

Talked to the guy. I purchased a Mighty Mule opener from Costco. He never heard of it and said he can’t help me. Any garage opener is basically a motor and a belt, so it is strange that a company, that has been in business for 10 years is incapable of hanging this rather unsophisticated piece of technology or the wall

[Member Name Removed] I believe there was a miscommunication. What our employee was trying to tell you is company policy here is we will not install someone else’s purchases product. Reasoning for that is as follows. In 20 + years of being in business we have found that the project rarely goes as planned in this situation due to something being ordered or sent improperly. This causes more work and more time spent then anticipated getting the product installed correctly. This is the reason we will only install a product thAt one of our pros has come out to measure and given the customer a free estimate out of our stock of product. Thank you Quality Door Tech Inc.

Installed new 2in. insulated garage door and belt-driven operator. Removed old door & operator & disposed of. Cleaned up after finishing. Had 5 or 6 estimates, all lacked something. I'm a retired union pipefitter and know good workmanshhip. Have recommended him to my neighbor. Very happy with completed project. A++.
