The service was excellent and the service person, Seth, was professional and helpful. They were able to do the job within days of diagnosing the problem and were able to finish the job quickly and efficiently. As a customer of Rousculp's, I have always had an excellent experience with Todd and Seth. They treat you more like old friends than customers, and they provide good advice in every situation.

They were very professional and explained the options to us. They discussed with us the brands available and why one was better than the other. It was suggested that they do a whole house air exchange rate test before determining the correct size furnace and air conditioner. After the test, we were given the options and were not pressured to get the most efficient, but the most economical for our needs. Install went very fast and they protected the floors to not damage anything while bringing in the new furnace and air conditioner and removing the old ones. Once completed, they cleaned up everything. The condenser unit was changed on the outside of the house and also cleaned completely. We would highly recommend them to anyone. I did call with a question with our system this winter and they called the same day to schedule a time to look at the furnace. I messed with the new thermostat and put it on a mode to automatically change from heating to air conditioning and the air came on in the winter and put frost on the AC line. Totally my mistake, however I was impressed how quickly they were able to take a look at it to make sure there wasn't a problem with the unit.

This company was very very professional. I even referred them to my mother in-law and she was so happy with them.
I also referred them to my own parents and they loved them as well. Great most awesome company around.
Few months later after all of our services... they even sent out appreciation baskets to all of us! They are exceptional!

Todd is super nice and honest. He has installed 2 furnaces in 2 different houses for us and in this house he also installed air conditioner. He is timely and very careful and respectful of your home. We will never use anyone else.

When he came out he did a thorough cleaning of our furnace. My wife absolutely loved the service. He is a great guy and he is going to be changing out our furnace today actually. Based on his prior service we decided to hire him again.

everything went great. calls before they came over, prompt, determined the problem and gave a quote. i called them back with a preffered date to finish the service, and they arrived early (after calling to see if that worked) and did a great job.

Great. They are respectful of you as well as your property. When I had my first furnace installed, there was a little problem with it. I called, and he stopped by a few minutes later. This was early evening, when business hours might be considered over.
The best thing I've noticed about Rousculp's is that through the years, I have seen improvements and enhancements to their service. These improvements range from wiping feet and wearing shoe covers when they walk in all the way to seeing them keep up and be knowledgeable about new technology.
Only rated price a step lower because everything seems to be too expensive.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Todd. He's honest and a real professional. He keeps up to date on the newest advances in his field by attending varous manufacturers workshops and training sessions. We have taken out a service contract with him. Since the installation, I've called him several times with questions. He came back out at no charge and adjusted our unit when the manufacturer changed the installation recommendations on our furnace. He also came out no charge to check our carbon monoxide level when our alarm went off. I didn't know to call the fire department first. It turned out that are alarm was just old and needed replacing.
