I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. They were helpful over the phone and gave me an idea of when to bring the blind in so that I could get it back as quickly as possible. They also provide pick-up service if you need it. They seem to take pride in their work and guarantee it for a year after the repair.

Bert came in on time to give us an estimate and pulled out the blinds the same day. They re-threaded the blinds and restored it in perfect condition. Miriam installed the blinds exactly on the day they said it will be delivered. From pull out to installation, they handled and wrapped the blinds carefully. Although the service we requested didn't cost much, they gave us red-carpet service from start to finish. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We had new tile installed that required shortening the blinds. The blinds were in very good condition, out of the sun, and seldom used despite being many years old. Everyone else said they can't be shortened - get new ones. Louvers Lane shortened and cleaned them for a lot less then new blinds would have cost.

Called me back right away and then came over and got the job done! He was only here for half an hour and offered to fix any other blinds if I needed him to. Very accommodating. Very reasonable! Manufacturer would require me to pay for shipment out, wait 3 weeks, and then pay for shipment back, as well as repair costs.
