Excellent customer service from the start. Initial phone contact was very pleasant and received callback in 5 minutes. They were able to fit me in same day, Dan showed up and was professional and pleasant to deal with, explained everything clearly, and completed job as quickly and efficiently as possible for a tough job.

Dan was able to quickly identify and repair 9 leaks within a 2,300 square foot home with utmost professionalism and efficiency. The home was previously a foreclosure and was not properly winterized which led to the many leaks. Dan clearly possesses a high level of expertise which helped me maintain the overall cost for the diagnosis and repair. Other plumbers may have taken twice as long to complete the work at a high cost. I feel fortunate to have found Highland Plumber. I flip homes for a living and have worked with many plumbers throughout Chicago. I believe Highland Plumber provides expertise, professionalism, and a strong desire to provide a high quality service at very competitive rates. Just wanted to say thanks to Chad and crew for their expertise and quick response to clearing backed up sewer drain issue. They were very good at explaining problem and showing what had to be done. I have family members that have used Highland Plumbing and recommended to myself with same great service. On a side note, they were very sympathetic to my health and financial situation. Dan Marshall was my plumber and he did an outstanding job of fixing my issues prior to getting my home ready to sell. Upgrading the water heater went very smooth as well as removal of the old one. Both of our bathroom drains had corroded and he replaced them, looks great. Not only did he do excellent work, but he noticed a slight gas leak near the furnace from a loose pipe and fixed it right away. I would definitely use Dan in any future work I needed.

Dan made the big change as simple as possible. He came in, assessed what I needed, ensured I was happy with the plan and got to work right away. He even made some changes that fixed a water pressure issue I had. We couldn't be happier... This water is cleaner and more enjoyable to drink than any filtered-bottled water than I've ever had. Chad Highland was very prompt, pleasant, and answered all my questions and concerns. I appreciated that they used drop cloth to protect the floor and they cleaned up the work area. I liked that they give 2 years warranty on labor and 3 years for parts. We are pleased on the work performed.
