They started the project about 3 weeks ago. They finished it in one day. They put a drain under the length of my deck. They connected the downspouts from the front of my home to the rear. After they did this, my seepage was unbelievable. I couldn't believe it was so bad. They came back last week and disconnected the downspouts and put a rain gutter in again. The deck is approximately 16 ft wide and they were supposed to put the long downspout on again, and pack clay against the foundation under the deck so it would drain into the drain tile under the deck. They didn't do that. They put clay around the front of my house, and my garage where there is no basement. I called them and asked why they did that, and they haven't called back. He told me he is going to stand behind all of his work, and it seems like I am not getting anything but a big headache.
