I like the insurance I purchase on what I buy. They will come out to check out the item. If they can fix it, they fix it, if not they replace it. After 3 times, they will replace the item. I can get things ordered through them. If you don’t know about the item you are looking at, they will get someone to explain if you have questions. They make you feel comfortable and not make you feel stupid. They are very patient.
