Worst restaurant in the city, awful quality, unconscious behavior, below zero health, do not try for your and your family health .

Called on 7/2/18 to ask if he could come over and give me an estimate. Got voicemail and left all my contact info. Did not hear back so I gave the job to another company. Called him to inform and voicemail box was full. If he doesn’t want to have any business or if he is out of business, he should take his listing off of Angie’s List.

Andy is fantastic. He got everything right. He's honest, thorough, and skilled. I heartily recommend him.

I called Andy Friday night. He called me back first thing Saturday morning to talk thru my issue. He came by a little while later that morning and replaced the 2 springs. The work was done in less than and hour. Really happy with the work and the prompt, professional service.

When my garage door broke, I happened to be out of town. I contacted Andy and he was able to schedule an appointment within a day to take care of my door. Andy is a one man show and is very knowledgeable. He assessed the entire situation, offered a quote, and got to work. He was responsive and thorough and I would highly recommend him and his work. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly.

I called Andy after finding his Angie's List references and explained my shut-in situation. Despite the 4-degree temp., he showed up within an hour and looked over my door, spring, opener - disconnected, etc. - and decided that while the cold weather was a factor, some WD-40 should help. He promptly obtained some from his truck and proceeded to spray the various parts - and my garage door is working perfectly! He declined to give me a bill despite my request and me certainly expecting one - what a guy!! I'll certainly have him come back in warmer weather to do some additional work to replace the bottom seal.

I had emailed Andy to ask a few questions about a year ago when we were looking to buy a house. He took so much time to answer each of my questions and help as much as possible....when our garage door broke on Friday night, he was the first call/email we made. Andy responded soon there after and was at our house the next day. It was freezing out and he was happy to explain what broke to my husband and was able to fix it on the spot. Thanks so much - can't imagine any better service than that!

Our garage door opener was on its last legs. It was old, lacked sensors, and sounded like a freight train. We called Andy--talking to him was like calling an old high school friend! He was very honest, super friendly, and was willing to work on Saturday at no extra charge.The quality of his work was fantastic--he took extra steps to make sure that everything was done right. He was very patient and explained all the features of the new opener. He also programed our the homelink buttons on our cars. We were happy that he did it for us, since one car had particularly complex programing procedure. If only we could clone Andy and have a Andy's Plumbing Service, Andy's Remodeling Service, and so on! Easily the best service experience we have ever had.
