When the work was completed it looked very nice, however approximately three days later it rained and I had water in my basement. I never had water concerns previously. I reached out to the company and they responded and advised it may possibly be foundation concerns causing the leak. I did advise it was not a concern before and they stated problems can sometimes just occur without warning. Each rain thereafter left puddles if water in the basement. I worked hard to figure out the cause and could not. I finally had an epoxy company come out to diagnose and I was advised I had to open all the walls to allow access and find the source. With opening the walls, it was discovered that garbage (juice bottles, dry wall scraps, tissue) was placed in one wall. In another wall that was supposed to be insulated, only about 3/4 of the was wall insulated, the other had none and even worst was in between two stud was stuffed with clear plastic and newspaper. I also had to remove the flooring. When the flooring was removed it revealed a cracked foundation. The crack was previously there, however it was sealed and covered, but when the were laying the floor the sealing and covering was scrapped off. After seeing it, I remembered the contractor mentioned he had to level the floor because it wasn't even in that spot.

I forwarded an email to this company, asking them to give me a phone call for concrete work.  I never heard back.  Obviously, they have no one to check their emails.  If they have no one,  then email should not be provided as a means of contact.
