Al was very honest and flexible. He was the only HVAC contractor that didn't try to sell us a larger AC unit then we needed. He also encouraged us to use our existing humidifier since it was not old. He spent at least 30 minutes on the day he initially came to give us an estimate just adjusting our dampers to our ducts to try to maximize airflow to our second floor which had been a problem. The was willing to give us estimates on different units and followed up with our questions. The installation of the AC and new furnace went fine and was completed on schedule. Scheduling was somewhat of a challenge in getting our ductwork for our basement done as he was working out of state; but it was done after a delay of a couple weeks. We had a small glitch with our venting for our furnace in November and Al was able to come out within an hour of us calling and fix the problem which was really nice on a cold morning with a newborn in the house. Would gladly use him for our servicing needs.
