Jensen Electric

Bob was great!  Replaced all the old lighting in our kitchen with can lighting.  He was prompt, reliable and efficient.  He and his team were very friendly as well.

Bob, at Jensen Electric, was very accommodating to my schedule and even came after 7PM in the evening to make an estimate so that I did not have to take time off work. At the initial appointment for an estimate, he quickly found the problem to my outlets, which was the first outlet behind a piece of furniture was a GFCI which had a tripped switch. We did not know it was there! He quoted us $200 for the remaining work.
On the appointed day -- a Saturday -- again so that I did not have to take time off of work, he arrived on time. he and his partner worked quickly and were in and out in an hour. The area was left clean and the work was neatly done. He charged us exactly what he quoted -- $200.
We were very pleased with Jensen Electric and plan to have them back again for some planned work in the future.

He is extremely professional and courteous. One thing that was amazing to me is that he patched up the holes that were left after the lights were removed and my painter didn't have to do any work to go over what he did. My house looks brand new. He brought in the right amount of people to get the job done and each one of his workers was just as pleasant to deal with as much as Bob, the owner was! If every contractor did things the way Bob did Angie's List may be out of business because everyone would be happy with their contractors!

He is very very good. I have liked his services so far. He will be coming back to do the work as the problem is reoccurring. The work is still in progress. I would recommend him to others. I think I have spent $120 so far. I don't know what the entire thing will be because he couldn't give me an estimate as the wiring work is quite tricky. It is an old house. I don't think he will be very expensive. I think the quality of his work is good. He is doing the best he can. He is professional and I have no problem with his responsiveness. I would use him again in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased with Jensen Electric. I placed a call to the business and heard a recorded message asking for my name and phone number. I was informed I would be called back. Within 10 minutes or so, Bob Jensen returned my call and I told him my outside Christmas lights would not turn on and the reset buttons on the outlets didn't work. Bob said he would come over and check out the problem. Upon his arrival within the hour, he looked at the outlets then proceeded to the basement to check out the panel and timer. Everything checked out there, and Bob determined that two new boxes would be the solution. The cover was completely off of one of them and the box itself was warped. Off he went to get two new boxes with bubble covers to keep out dust , rain, and/or snow. Bob was back after a short time and changed out the boxes. Voila! We have lights again!. Mr. Jensen was prompt and friendly. He explained what he saw and what was needed, and the charges for his service were reasonable. I would definately call him again and would happily recommend Jensen Electric.

It was a beautiful thing!!! Bob was VERY knowledgeable and courteous!! He said he's been doing electrical since 1964 and it shows in his knowledge base. (He looks great!!!) I will definetly spread the good news to everyone that I know!! |8 : D

They were really good and I really enjoyed them. I actually had a bit of an emergency and they came out right away. The price wasn't too bad and it was right on the mark. The guys were really friendly. They were amazing and wonderful. I will use them always for my electrical needs in the area. The first time I used them was an emergency call and it was $300. They are going to have to replace my entire panel. They said they would bill me because it is not technically my apartment; it is my landlord's apartment. He was really nice and didn't want to take any money from me to get the process started.

It took two appointments following the initial estimate, but I was satisfied because Bob made sure that things were working correctly. He also did not recommend an unnecessary upgrade to my panel and charged a reasonable amount for the work. I appreciate that I was not charged for the second appointment.

I spent about $1800 on the job. They were very professional. I thought they were fairly priced. They had some problems and they did not charge me extra for the problems that they had during their visit. They went above and beyond. They did some extra work that they did not charge me for. I will use them again in the future.

We are very happy with them. We thought their price was a little high for hanging one chandelier, but nonetheless we did it and we liked their work. They were very responsive.

He is excellent, and he will take on projects others might not. He has standard prices. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but you get what you pay for. He also does an excellent job with drywall work when patching around previous light fixtures. He is phenomenal.

He came out to give an estimate and was very informative. I use candle lighting in my kitchen and he gave good advice on the best balls I could use instead. He also got some balls for me and is very nice. He is good and doesn't try to rip you off.
