Our first project was our beautiful multi color stained patio and aggregate epoxy front porch.  Paul and his crew were like artists creating our patio masterpiece!   Next, Paul and his crew built our new 40 X 40 brick garage with an amazing finished interior and we couldn't be happier!  From start to finish, Paul was involved in every detail and coordinated the job so efficiently.  The quality of the work and attention to detail really stand out.  We have also seen a few of the custom homes Paul has built and they are amazing!

Roider Contracting built our house 12 years ago.  Paul spent a lot of time with us helping to design our dream home. He personally saw to every small detail.  We watched them use the best materials on the market with the best construction technique to build a good strong structure.  Finishing the project with pride they poured a colored stenciled concrete side walk.  Over the past 12 years we have called on them many times for additional projects, including building a detached garage/cabin with a colored stamped concrete entrance, installing epoxy on our garage floor, to grading the driveway.  We are currently updating the house and we really appreciate their attention to detail.

Roider Contracting built a new home for me last year. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The workers were all professional and friendly. All the work was done to perfection. They were very accommodating to any changes I made during the process. Everything was completed in a time manner and for the price agreed upon. They certainly made the stressful process of building a home much easier. My neighbors were all shocked and very pleased at how clean the workers kept the construction site. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Experience went very well for what building a house can go. Mr. Roider and his crew did a fantastic and quick job of getting the house constructed. The professionalism and experience is 2nd to none on building a good, sound, quality structure. All good 1st rate materials, no corners cut. The networking ability is also very good on recommending and selecting other contractors from plumbing to cabinets to help make the rest of the process smooth as well. Glad to call it my home now. If you are looking for a great team of builders in the Monroe/St. Clair County area I would highly recommend looking into and selecting Roider Contracting.

They were prompt, reasonable, and polite. They laid the concrete which included both in the garage and in the driveway. Suddenly, a storm hit and he drove over to our house in the evening to protect the work. He really went above and beyond.

He started and completed the job in the agreed upon time frame at the price quoted in the contract. He even delayed work so that I could get a shed. He answered all questions and phone calls, even when he was on vacation. His work crew came in early on the first day so that I could talk to them and still get to my job on time. The work performed was excellent quality. I am completely satisfied with all the work.

Absolutely fabulous. This is the best contractor experience I have ever had in 30 years of home ownership! The owner is detailed oriented. He prides himself in quality workmanship. He is extremely polite, accomodating, punctual. The construction time was amazingly brief - 3 weeks start to finish. The garage looks great. He matched the brick to our old house. He coordinated all the work except for the electric which was contracted separately. We were very pleased with the price. We have received many compliments on the structure. He specializes in garage construction and in concrete work.
