HE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HELPING US OUT WITH IT, UNDAUNTED BY OUR ABBREVIATED COMPLETION DEADLINE, AND VERY COMPETITIVE WITH HIS BID. (UNFORTUNATELY A COMMUNICATION GLITCH DELAYED OUR RECEIVING HIS QUOTE, AND BY THEN WE'D ALREADY HIRED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.)
