Drain Pipe Installation, Landscaping
The original downspout drains had been damaged by a cable company contractor causing the downspouts to spill all water against the foundation. May Landscaping trenched new PVC downspout drains front and rear of the home. On the very long rear run, they were sure to include a trap access for proper airflow and to allow the use of a snake for unclogging the drain. When reapplying the earth over the drains, they took into account settling and made sure to over-pile the soil. They were prompt, completed the work they promised and stayed true to their bid.
