I had originally contacted Linnemann to get an estimate for planting
bulbs in my Mom's front garden.  After looking at their web page, I
found out that they did porch planters.  These planters are changed out 4
times a year.  I called and spoke with Justin.  After discussing the
details with him, I told him I would get back to them.
I talked with my siblings and we decided to give the seasonal planters to Mom for Christmas.
I called and placed the order late on Monday, 17 December.  Justin took the order and told me it should be delivered by Wednesday.. 
It was delivered on Tuesday and is very pretty.  I know our Mom will enjoyed every time she goes in and out of her house.

I contacted Linnemann's from Houston to provide services for aging parent's in the St. Louis Metro-East. At first they were responsive to me and prices quoted for extensive lawn maintenance & landscaping upkeep contract were very reasonable. The problem arose because they delayed so long in contacting my parents to schedule service that my mother ended up mowing & doing the yard work for which we were trying to contract.They came out & trimmed & edged one day, which was fine. But because they only came to the area once a week (due to gas costs), they kept missing my mother's mowing schedule causing serious frustrations. The office staff was great about everything & understanding about our decision to discontinue with them as service providers. The actual work crew, however, seems to be unreliable & uncommunicative.I think, perhpas, if I had been in the local area to coordinate everything, we may have had a better outcome. And, to their credit, the office staff did not charge us for the one day that the crew did provide trimming & edging services.

They have always be easy to reach and very responsive when I had questions or concerns.

I think they are good and are always on time. They are very responsible also. There was this one time where their edger threw a rock through my patio door and broke it. They replaced it free of charge and that says a lot about them. They are great.
