TERRIFIC! I had design plans from the original company and cabinets had been ordered. The job included a review of the plans and Custom Cad agreed to be with me the day I had to accept delivery of the cabinets (to ensure that I wasn't getting ripped off). Once work began, the team was great about keeping me up to date on progress and I was able to make changes throughout the project. Cabinets were set in their originally designated locations on a Friday so that I could think about them over the weekend. The team met me on Monday morning and we spent about an hour brainstorming a better, more contemporary design for a kitchen in a 75 year old home. I was able to add elements back into the project that I had been discouraged from completing ... a standard door frame entry from dining room to kitchen was converted to an arched opening and the result was OUTSTANDING. I make sure to point out the exact match to original plaster work! "Custom carpentry" was completed to adapt space that had been intended for cabinets but became an eco friendly IceStone countertop. I have NEVER had problems with any of the work Custom Cad has completed for me and they are already scheduled to provide an estimate for an extended patio, new walkway and revitalized landscape edging when it gets a little warmer.
