He didn't inspect half of what he was suppose too do.

Eric quoted me a great price over the phone. He scheduled the inspection on short notice. He arrived at the property early and opened everything up and turned on the water, fans, A/C. He walked me through every aspect of the inspection, explaining what he was looking at or for, what he found, and most of all, how to fix the things that he found. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend his services.
