I don't know how the 2 reviewers got any service. This company must be so busy they don't even have time to answer the phone. Two calls and about 4 weeks of waiting got no response to a request for a quotation. I finally called another company and had a response within a half hour.

The results are beyond beautiful. The floors look brand new. They glow! When the crew discovered significant water damage under carpet in the master bedroom, Steve texted immediately and set pictures. (More than half the floor was severely warped.) He included his recommendation for how to proceed and an estimate of the additional labor charge. They were able to completely eliminate all signs of water damage in the two smaller bedrooms and only a hint (3x5 inch dark blemish) remains in the master bedroom. In addition, they shored up the entry stairs as they refinished. I can now silently slip up and down the stairs without waking our toddler. I can't wait to hire them again for our first floor.

I hired the company after a receiving a fair and comparable estimate for refinishing my hardwood floors. The deciding factor for me over the other two estimates was owners expertise when evaluating the job. Once they got started we discovered hidden termite damage requiring replacement of some of the subfloor. Steve Skaggs (owner) gave me a few options for repairing the damage and finishing the floors, including the prices for those options. They did a wonderful job with the repair of the affected subfloor, refinishing of some of the floors in my house and installation of new wood in one room of the house. The final price was what I was quoted. I am very happy with my beautiful floors!
