About us
We are a small, independently owned and operated, "mom and pop" business located in Southern Illinois. Although we are a small business, we are able to compete with the big box stores. We have access to the vast majority of appliance brands and can typically meet or beat box store pricing. We also have access to exclusive rebates that other stores do not get. We offer delivery and installation services, used appliances and same-as-cash financing.

When we were ready for delivery, they were able to schedule it within a week. They arrived on schedule, unloaded everything & brought it into the house. Although they were not scheduled to do any installations, the refrigerator spot was ready so for a small fee they did that install. Easy, peasy, no problems at all.
Fast forward a couple more weeks, and the contractors install the appliances while we're out. When we come home, we realize the dishwasher is "slate", not the glossy black we'd ordered (which would match the fridge & stove). It's 7:30 P.M. on 12/23! We were so looking forward to having the dishwasher over Christmas!!
Terry's to the rescue! We called Terry's at 9 AM on Christmas Eve. Ryan answered the phone, confirmed our correctly-colored dishwasher was in the warehouse, and said he'd call us back with a resolution. He called back within the hour, said they'd have someone out that afternoon to swap the dishwashers out! On Christmas Eve!!! By 2 PM, the beautiful, glossy black dishwasher was installed and ready to go.
Christmas was saved, thanks to all the hard-working, customer-oriented folks at Terrys!!!!!
