They sent two inspectors to the site and were awesome! They are very thorough. they went through my house with a fine toothed-comb. Trust me, you dont want to buy a house unless you have a home inspection. These guys saved me another 3K in repairs. They were early on the job, go on top of the roof, go inside attics and leave no stone unturned. They also did a RADON check for an additional $130.
