Everything went fine so far. They are professional and flexible with their scheduling. They make it convenient.

I have been using Orkin Pest Control for over 5 years.  The last time they came to my home they checked the termite bait traps around the outside of my home.  I have an annual contract with them for termites and a separate contract for interior service on my home.  They are diligent, very good, clean, personable and quick.  They are responsive as far as my concerns as far as pets and use of pesticides. 

They have provided us with very good service. We have used them for six or seven years. David Bargus, our technician, does an excellent job. They are dependable and come on their assigned times. They are very responsive and if we need them before the next service they will come right out. David is very professional and trustworthy. We have been out of town and had him come in and do the service and he is very dependable. They are a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. We will continue to use their service.

They inspect the area. We bought a new home so they treat the ground. Then they just look around the house for signs of termites.

I wouldn’t be using them if I didn’t like them. I would definitely recommend them. I have no problem with the pests and if I have any problem, I call them and they come right out.

They are conducting a new program in the area and offered service in my house, also.  They are reasonably priced and the program is good.  They planned everything and did as they said they would.  They were very professional and I had a good experience with them.  They treat all kind of pests and monitor them constantly.  I like their services and will use the same in future.

They told us it would take two weeks for the ants to go away and it did. I had them come back two weeks after that just to make sure they wouldn't reappear. We are on a schedule to have them come out every other month.

I had a monthly contract with Orkin Company initially, which was about $70 a month. I just switched to a yearly plan to make it less expensive but I don’t remember how much I paid. They are a little expensive but it’s worth the money. They are very punctual. They seem to be very knowledgeable. They are willing to come and do just the outside even when I’m not home. However, I make it a point to be here so that they always come in and do the inside of the house. I feel that way I get more of my money’s worth. I do have a dog but there have been no issues. This particular product is very pet friendly. I’ve been with them for a number of years and I would continue to be with them. They are very responsive. They also offered one additional service for no extra cost since we have had so much rain and snow this year. They had anticipated an ant problem this year and told me not to hesitate to call them if problem persisted.

I love this guy and I love the service. He's been working with us for several years and he goes above and beyond. I like him and his service. I have a rodent phobia and I saw one in the garage. Unfortunately it was on a Friday, but someone picked up the phone at Orkin and came out right away and took care of it. I really appreciated that. We weren't due for another service for another month and somebody came right out. They always do that for wasps and things like that. They go above and beyond and the cost is always exactly what they say it is going to be. It's a good company.

Their service is working fine for me and their price doesn’t feel burdensome. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

They come when they are scheduled. They do a thorough job. They come right away if I need to call them back. I have no complaints about them. I have used them for ten years.

They do a pretty good job, although we've had to call them back a couple of times to treat again - they aren't always effective at some of the outbreaks we get such as excessive spiders, crickets, etc. They also call us the night before the treatment, which does not always give us the time to plan for somebody to be home (when we want any treatments indoors).

THEY ARE OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE USE.
