Attempted to call for a bid. A lady answered the phone only to indicate that they had taken their call limit for the day to call back at 0800 on Thursday. It was 1PM on Monday! Did not offer to take my information and give a call back. Why EVEN answer the phone?

The person answered the phone and said "we have reached our call limit for today".. Call again tomorrow. Bad enough they can't help you today, but don't even offer to call you tomorrow. They expect me to call back. Not a great first impression.

He is very knowledgeable about these older homes and is excellent at what he does. I have a callback and he's going to come back to look at another thing for me.

Dealing with Madison County Roofing Co. was a very positive experience!!!! From speaking with the office receptionist to speaking with "Mark" the person who gave us our estimate, dropped off shingle samples, AND headed the roofing crew. We were able to schedule an appointment within the month. Mark responded to our request for an estimate within two business days and mailed us a written estimate within a couple days. The crew arrived at the exact time we expected and worked professionally!! They were able to tear off our old roof and put on the new one AND clean up EVERYTHING within 6-7 hours!!!! We were very impressed and thankful!! Just received torrential rains this evening and everything is perfectly dry!! We would highly recommend this company to others!!!
